Film / TV production

Recently, the most significant activity of Komuna has been film and TV production. Komuna was a co-producer of the 1995 Cannes winner, Emir Kusturica's 'Underground'. Komuna also produced movies such as Predrag Antonijević's "The Savior", Zdravko Šotra's „Barking at the Stars", Emir Kusturica's „Black Cat, White Cat", Aleksandar Đorđević's „Secret of the Family Treasure", as well as Miloš Radović's short feaure „My Home" which earned prizes at 35 international festivals. While producing these films, Komuna established a co-operation with production houses from the US („The Savior", OLIVER STONE & IEG), as well as Germany and France („Underground", „Black Cat, White Cat" PANDORA/CIBY 2000). By producing many TV shows, as well as music- and documentary-themed shows, Komuna is, without a doubt, the leading producer of TV programmes in Serbia. Evidence to this are the Emir Kusturica's "There once was a country", Siniša Pavić's "The Family Treasure" and "The Dollars are Coming" and others.

Underground

Emir Kusturica
